Our garments are meticulously crafted with the highest care, but in the rare event that something isn't quite right, you have 10 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@w3as.xyz. Should your return be accepted, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility. Remember, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
